How the process works

Four clear steps

  1. 01

    Request

Briefly describe the problem and attach discharge summaries, laboratory results, medical reports and links to CT or MRI archives. Image assessment requires the original archive DICOM, rather than a photograph of the screen.

  2. 02

    Confirmation

I tell you which format fits, what information is missing, when the response will be ready and how much it costs.

  3. 03

    Review and report

I review the clinical picture and documents, then send a structured written summary with the plan for further care.

  4. 04

    Questions and payment

You ask the follow-up questions included in your consultation format. Payment is made after the report is sent — via the Faster Payments System or a payment link; payment details are sent separately.

Submit a request

In your first message, state your age, main concern, duration of symptoms and investigations already completed. We will agree separately on a secure way to send medical documents.

Legal information

Remote consultation does not replace an in-person examination. If the treating doctor has not previously established the diagnosis and treatment for this concern during an in-person visit, the report includes an assessment of the documents provided, recommendations for investigations and the next steps for in-person care. The treating doctor may adjust previously prescribed treatment after an in-person visit at which diagnosis and treatment were established.

Not for emergencies

In acute urinary retention, high fever with chills, unbearable pain, significant bleeding or sudden deterioration, call 103 or 112.
